Description
The Atritor Turbo Separator is ideal for out of spec, dated or mislabelled products, whether packaged in corrugated cartons, plastic bottles or metal cans.
The product is introduced into the unit via a flanged inlet where the product is cycled through the Turbo Separator's agitator. The variable speed, along with the design features of the beater blades and breaker bars, separate the product from its packaging.

The AST Dryer is an air swept tubular dryer with three control zones determining retention time, drying rate, product size and residual moisture. It is possible to create dust free, relatively large, moist products through to dry gritty products. It can be fed directly with high moisture slurries and is particularly suitable for sewage and industrial sludges.

Description
The Atritor Dryer-Pulveriser is a long established product used for the simultaneous drying and milling of chemicals, minerals, coal, pigments, waste materials, etc. It will also accurately blend materials and surface modify performance minerals. It is a very compact flash dryer and with inlet temperatures as high as 600°C its thermal efficiency and evaporative capacity are high.
