Jetmills:
  • Up to 30% less specific energy consumption compared to common Jetmill systems
  • Increase of the grinding efficiency due to the closed grinding and classifying loop, which leads to a higher output and reduced specific energy costs
  • Grinding gas either high pressure air (3.5 to 15 bar) or overheated steam (up to 24 bar at 400ºC) from 500 to 6000Nm³/h
  • Easy adjustment of fineness by regulation of motor rpm and excellent top size reduction of the final product:

    Standard SJ 50 - CR65 : Top cut of product down to 7µm
    Standard SJ 50 - CR/ER 100 : Top cut of product down to 3µm
